A race against time
Today, we live a race against time. We run after time, money, well-being, happiness. We don’t take the time to live and feel anymore.
This race, source of stress and anxiety (nowadays, anxiety and depression are the 2 main causes of doctor’s appointments), prevents us from enjoying all the little moments of happiness that the present moment gives us, deprives us of quality time with our children and our loved ones, these moments so essential to our balance and our well-being.
Take a break
In this race against time, we don’t give ourselves time to take a break to question ourselves, listen to ourselves or simply to slow down this frantic pace in which we live in “automatic pilot”, we lose ourselves, we disconnect from ourselves, from our values and even sometimes from who we love.
Essence invites you to take a break and opens the doors of well-being to you. A space entirely dedicated to you where time stops to give you all the space you need to express yourself without judgement, with kindness and with deep listening.
Connect with your essence
In this space where all that is said is kept confidential, you will drop your mask to let your emotions express themselves freely. You will stop this little voice which keeps “self-sabotaging” you, flogging you, limiting you in your choices. This voice that always leads you to repeat the same patterns. You will become aware of the origin of this voice, and you will be able to put a distance between it and you to make your thoughts your own again. You will learn to recognise your emotions, to name them, and to accept them so that they can become your guide.
This letting go of your mind (the conscious) will help you to reconnect with yourselves, with your emotions, to your bodily sensations (the unconscious) and therefore to regain control of yourselves, and consequently of your lives.
A support adapted to your needs
Trained in different techniques in addition to EFT and reiki such as cardiac coherence (a breathing method), the different parts of me, attachment theory, neurosciences, or mindfulness, I adapt my sessions according to the need of my patients. What matters to me is giving you the tools to help you free yourself from the chains that prevent you from living your life fully, to allow you to achieve your goals, and all this from the first session.
I will support you in this transformation and I will give you the tools to help you manifest the life that you dream of living.
I also organize workshops and conferences on varied themes such as procrastination, emotions, how to understand the behaviour of my child, how to help my teenager, eating our emotions, attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder (AD(H)D).
I favour small group workshops (maximum 12 people) to promote interactions between participants. These workshops and conferences are intended for individuals as well as associations, schools, or companies.
